Conflict resolution for Documents with the same name


Documents can only be managed by a person with Administration rights to BoardSecure.  


If you are the Administrator and within one Meeting Folder you seek to upload a new Document with the same name (entered into the "Type in Document name" field), then when you click submit, the file you have most recently uploaded will be sent to the Meeting Folder.  

The previous file that you had stored will be overwritten (and will not be replacable, in line with our approach to GDPR we will remove the old file from the platform immediately).
